When getting any part of your body waxed make sure your hair is about a grain of rice long but the longer, the better. DO NOT attempt to trim anything prior to coming in because you’ll probably trim it too short and we won’t be able to wax you. Using retinol, prescription acne treatments, or other medications that make your skin sensitive? Let us know before your appointment so we can determine whether waxing is appropriate. Certain medications may mean we need to postpone your service.

The first time getting anything waxed you will be a little uncomfortable because your hair seems coarser from years of shaving. We wax quickly and efficiently so you will get amazing results and each wax gets easier after every time!

If you end up having your period at your appointment, that’s okay! It’s perfectly safe. Our skin tends to be more sensitive so if you can avoid getting waxed right before or during your period that would be ideal. If you do get waxed during your period just make sure you wear a tampon or disc/cup to your appointment.

We recommend 2-3 weeks for face/brow waxes and 4-6 weeks for body waxing. Everyone is different and might have to come sooner or can go longer in between waxes. We will figure out the best schedule for you to continue getting the best results possible.

We PROMISE YOU it will not be as scary as you think. There’s a stigma around waxing that it’s so painful and also very “sexy” when really, we do it because it makes us feel good. Waxing is a great alternative to shaving, leaving your skin feeling smoother for longer. Say bye-bye to razor burn and ingrown hairs! We will walk you through every step of the way and you’ll leave super happy with your results.

Please note: it is absolutely safe to get waxed on your period. Just wear a tampon or disc/cup to your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Requirements: • 15-minute appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

• Appointments 30 minutes or longer must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the appointment time.

• Facial appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours before the appointment time. Fees:

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of the required notice period will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

• No-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service(s). Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, we will be updating our reminder system to send appointment reminders 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

Please note that reminder emails and text messages are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments.

We strongly encourage all clients to add appointments to their personal calendars at the time of booking. Failure to receive a reminder email or text message does not exempt clients from our cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policies.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes often leave us unable to accommodate other clients who are waiting for appointments.
